Follow-ups and timing

A customer who goes quiet has usually not chosen someone else yet. Three follow-ups are scheduled the moment a lead arrives.

The default schedule

WhenWhat it does
After 10 minutesA short nudge that adds something new.
After 1 hourA second, lighter touch.
The next dayA final message that leaves the door open.

What cancels them

The customer replying, on any channel. You replying yourself. Turning auto-reply off for that lead. Rejecting a draft.

Cancellation is immediate and applies to the whole remaining chain — a follow-up arriving after a customer answered is the clearest possible signal that nobody is reading.

Seeing what is coming

The lead page shows every scheduled follow-up with its exact time under "What happens next". Nothing is hidden until it fires.
