Approving replies before they send

You can require your approval on every reply. We recommend it for the first week or two with a new business — trust is easier to build than to repair.

Turning it on

  1. Open Settings and find the business.
  2. Tick "Hold replies for my approval".
  3. Save. Nothing is sent for that business until you press approve.

What you see

A held reply appears at the top of the lead page, above the conversation, marked as not sent. The leads list marks them too, so you do not have to hunt.

Approving sends it immediately, through the same path an automatic reply takes. Rejecting marks it rejected, cancels the follow-ups and hands the conversation to you.

The cost of leaving it on

Approval defeats the point of the product. A reply held until you look at it is a reply that arrives at human speed, which is the problem you were solving.

Use it to learn what the AI says, then switch it off. Most people do so within a week.
