NowThumbtack and Google Local Services connect in one click. Yelp is coming soon.

Text messages and auto-calls are not switched on yet — replies and follow-ups go through the marketplace chat.

The first reply wins the job.

ReplyThemAll answers your marketplace leads in seconds, follows up when they go quiet, and tells you which one is worth stopping for.

  • 00:00Customer · ThumbtackAC quit around nine. Upstairs is 88 and the baby sleeps up there. Any chance someone can come tonight?
  • 00:19ReplyThemAllThat is rough with a little one in the house. Is it blowing warm air, or nothing at all? Tell me what time tonight works for you and I will confirm as fast as I can.
  • 02:11CustomerWarm air. Any time tonight would be amazing.

Why good companies lose leads they should have won

Someone answered first

The customer messaged four businesses at once. The one who replied in two minutes is having the conversation; the other three are writing into a decision that is already made.

You were doing the work

Every hour you are best at your trade is an hour you are worst at answering your phone. The busiest days generate the most leads and the fewest replies.

Nobody followed up

Most leads go quiet once, not forever. One reply ten minutes later and one the next day recover a surprising number of them — and almost nobody sends them.

What happens when a lead arrives

Every step below runs whether you are asleep, on a ladder, or on another call.

Seven leads, seven different answers

Examples of what the bot does beyond replying fast. Each one follows the same rules the real bot runs on: no made-up prices, no promised time slots, and the owner can take over at any moment.

Plumbing · ExampleTuesday, 1:40 AM
  • 00:00CustomerWater heater in the garage is leaking, water all over the floor. I shut the main already. Can someone come in the morning?
  • 00:17ReplyThemAllShutting the main was the right call — that stops it getting worse. Is the water coming from the bottom of the tank or from a pipe on top? A leaking tank usually means a new heater; a fitting is often a quick repair. Tell me when someone can be home tomorrow and I will confirm a time first thing.
  • 00:41CustomerBottom of the tank I think. Home all morning.
  • 00:41ReplyThemAll · systemOwner emailed: the customer replied, pick it up from here.

At 1:40 AM the customer got a useful answer instead of silence. By morning the owner knows it is probably a tank replacement and when someone is home.

Questions people ask before signing up

Is this safe for my marketplace account?

You connect through the platform's own sign-in, and ReplyThemAll is built on its partner API. We never ask for or store your password, and we do not automate a browser pretending to be you.

Will it sound like a robot?

It reads the actual request and answers that request — the job, the address, the detail the customer volunteered. What makes replies sound generic is having nothing specific to say: the lead itself gives it that, and a short note from you on how to reply does the rest.

What if it says something wrong?

You can hold every reply for approval, and we recommend it for the first weeks. You also list things it must never say — firm prices, guaranteed times — and every reply is checked against that list before it goes out; one that breaks it is held for you instead. If the check itself is down, the reply is sent and marked so you can review it, so keep approval on while you rely on the list.

Can I take over a conversation?

Any time. Reply yourself and the AI steps back on that lead. If it runs out of replies while a customer is still waiting, we tell you rather than leaving them hanging.

What counts as a billable lead?

A lead we actually replied to. Spam and leads below your quality threshold are filtered out and cost nothing.

Can I cancel?

From the dashboard, whenever you like. There is no contract and nothing to negotiate.
