Connecting Google Local Services

You connect through Google's own sign-in. We never see your password, and the access is limited to your Local Services leads and their messages.

Steps

  1. Sign up, then on Sources choose Connect Google Local Services.
  2. Sign in with the Google account you use for Google Ads — often the work address, not the personal one — and allow access to Google Ads.
  3. We find the Google Ads accounts that run Local Services Ads and connect each business. Its time zone comes from Google Ads, so lead times and quiet hours follow it.
  4. You come back to a one-minute Quick setup: how to reply, the phone customers may call, whether the AI keeps the conversation going.
  5. Press “Save and activate” — or “Activate free trial” later, on the overview or on Sources. Until then the business is connected but the AI does not answer; your free trial starts at activation.

What the connection allows

Reading new Local Services leads and their messages, and replying in that conversation. New leads reach your dashboard in about a minute.

We cannot change your campaigns, budget, service areas, profile or payment details.

You can disconnect at any time from Sources. No new leads arrive after that; existing leads stay in your dashboard.

Phone numbers from Google

When Google shows a customer's number with an extension, it is Google's forwarding line, not the customer's own phone. The dashboard shows the number and the extension: dial both to reach the customer. No texts or automatic calls go to such a number.

Calls from your ad keep ringing your business as they do today. The AI answers in the Local Services chat.

If Google signs in but nothing connects

What Google saidWhat to do
Not connected to any Google Ads accountSign in with the address you use for Google Ads — often the work one, not the personal one.
No Local Services Ads campaignNone of the Google Ads accounts has a Local Services Ads campaign, so there are no leads to read. Nothing was connected.
Already connected to a different ReplyThemAll accountWrite to support@replythemall.com and we will sort out who it belongs to.

If the Google Ads account is not yours

On Sources, open “The Google Ads account isn’t yours?” and create a link. Send it to someone with access to the Google Ads account: they sign in with their own Google account, with no sign-up here, and the account connects to your dashboard.

The link works once and expires in 7 days.

If the connection breaks

If Google stops accepting our connection, we email you and the dashboard shows a red notice. Google leads stop arriving until you reconnect: press Reconnect on Sources — it is the same Google sign-in, and your leads and settings stay as they were.
