Leads start at the moment you connect
New leads arrive from the moment you connect. Older Thumbtack requests are not imported — answer those in Thumbtack as before.
Google Local Services is different: we also bring in its leads from the 24 hours before you connected, so you can see them in one place. The AI does not answer those — they came before you set it up; reply to them in Google Ads if they still need it.
Until you activate a business its leads are kept in your dashboard, but the AI does not answer them.
Activate
Quick setup ends with “Save and activate”. You can also press Activate on the overview or on Sources. The first activation starts your free trial and asks for a card; nothing is charged during the trial.

A one-minute page: how the AI should reply, the phone customers may call, whether it keeps the conversation going and where your notifications go. You can open it again for any business from Sources.
Test the AI
Quick setup and Settings have “Test the AI”: type what a customer might write and see the reply your settings produce. Nothing is sent to anyone.
Where each business lives
Sources shows one card per connected account, with each business inside it: its status, Activate or Deactivate, Quick setup and All settings.
Deactivate stops replies for that business only. Leads keep arriving and stay in your dashboard.
