Three levels
| Scope | How |

| Everything | Settings → Pause everything. |
| One business | Settings → that business → Status → Paused. |
| One lead | The lead page → Turn auto-reply off. |
What pausing does not do
It does not disconnect your account, delete anything, or stop leads arriving. Scheduled follow-ups for existing leads will not fire while paused.
Turning the business back on resumes new leads. It does not send anything that was skipped while you were paused — those conversations moved on without us.
