What the service does
ReplyThemAll connects to the marketplaces where your leads arrive, replies to new requests on your behalf, follows up when a customer goes quiet, and can call your phone when a request looks worth stopping for.
Replies are written by an AI model using the profile you configure. The service is provided as it is: we do not guarantee that any particular reply will be accurate, appropriate, or that it will win you the job.
Eligibility and your account
- You must be at least 18 and authorised to act for the business you connect.
- The service is offered to businesses operating in the United States.
- Keep your sign-in email secure. Anyone with access to it can reach your account.
- You are responsible for what your account sends, including replies generated automatically.
The SMS programme
ReplyThemAll sends text messages to people who contacted your business themselves and left a phone number: through a form on your own website that asks for consent to texts, through Google Local Services, or through a marketplace such as Thumbtack or Yelp. Messages are transactional and concern that request only: a reply to it and, if the business has turned them on, reminders when the customer has not answered. When the customer texts back, the text is forwarded to the business and a person answers; there are no automated replies by text.
Message frequency varies. By default one message per request: a reply to the request, sent only between 8am and 9pm in the business’s time zone — at night the reply stays in the marketplace conversation. If someone calls the business through Google Local Services and the call is missed, they may get one text about that call. Reminder texts go only to people who agreed to receive them, for example by ticking a box on the business’s website form, and only if the business has turned them on: occasional reminders while the request is open, during the same daytime hours and only for a limited time after the request.
Giving a phone number or agreeing to texts is never a condition of any purchase.
Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
To stop messages, reply STOP to any message. Messages end immediately and permanently for that number, across every business using ReplyThemAll.
For help, reply HELP to any message, or write to support@replythemall.com.
Account alerts. If you tick “Text me alerts” in your settings, ReplyThemAll texts the phone number on your account, from its own number, about your account only: an urgent new lead, a customer waiting for an answer only you can give, a lead the AI could not answer, a payment problem that has stopped replies, and — from your business’s texting number — customers’ answers to your business’s texts, which you can answer by replying with the tag shown. The box is never ticked for you. Frequency depends on your leads, typically a few messages a week. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to end these alerts — or untick the box — and HELP for help.
Consent is your responsibility
You are the sender of every message your account produces. Before enabling text messaging you must satisfy yourself that you have the consent required to text the people who contact you — through your website, Google Local Services or a marketplace — under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act and any rules that apply in your state.
You agree not to use ReplyThemAll for marketing or promotional messages, for messages to numbers that did not contact your business, or for anything prohibited by carrier rules. We provide the STOP mechanism and enforce it, but we cannot supply consent you do not have.
Text messages stay off until you turn them on in your dashboard and confirm, on behalf of your business, that you are the sender and responsible for consent. We record who confirmed, when, and which version of this text they saw.
Indemnification
You will defend, indemnify and hold harmless DigiPro360 LLC and its officers and employees from any claim, demand, fine, penalty, loss or cost, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, that arises from messages or calls sent from your account, from a missing or invalid consent of the people you contact, or from your breach of these terms or of applicable law, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act and state rules on texts and calls.
We will tell you promptly about a claim covered by this section and let you take part in handling it. This obligation survives the end of your account.
What it costs
- A lead becomes billable at the moment we send its first AI reply — not when it arrives.
- Leads filtered out as spam, or scored below the threshold you set, are never billed.
- Follow-ups, text messages, and calls within a lead cost nothing extra.
- Billing runs weekly, in arrears, through Stripe.
- New accounts get a 7-day trial, counted from the first time a connected business is activated.
| Item | Price |
|---|---|
| First 30 leads each week | $2.99 per lead |
| Every lead after that, same week | $1.49 per lead |
| Monthly fee, setup fee, contract | None |
| A week with no leads | Nothing |
Refunds
- Payments are not refundable. That includes leads you chose not to pursue, leads that did not turn into work, leads you judged to be poor quality, and time remaining on an account you cancelled.
- Two exceptions: a clear billing error, where the amount charged is objectively wrong, and a duplicate charge for the same lead. Write to support@replythemall.com within seven days of the invoice and we will correct it.
- The reason this is workable is in the section above. A lead is billed only when we send its first AI reply, and spam and leads below the minimum score you set are filtered out before any reply goes out. A real customer outside your trade or area is answered — the reply politely says it is not a fit, because on a marketplace silence counts against you — and that answered lead is billed like any other. Raise your minimum score if you would rather those went unanswered.
Cancelling and suspension
- There is no contract, no notice period and no subscription to cancel. Stop replies for every business from the billing page at any time, and disconnect the marketplace on the sources page.
- Stopping applies to future replies. Leads already replied to in the current week are still billed.
- We may suspend an account for unpaid invoices, for use that breaks these terms or carrier rules, or where continuing would put other customers at risk.
Acceptable use
- Do not use the service to deceive people about who they are talking to.
- Do not configure replies to make claims you cannot honour — firm prices or guaranteed times you will not meet.
- Do not attempt to access another customer’s data, probe the service for weaknesses without permission, or work around rate limits.
- Do not resell the service without a written agreement.
Marketplaces are not ours
Thumbtack, Yelp, and Google are trademarks of their owners. ReplyThemAll is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or a partner of any of them unless we say so explicitly.
We connect through each platform’s official interface and are bound by their rules. If a platform changes those rules or withdraws access, parts of the service may stop working, and we may have to change or remove a feature.
Handling your customers’ data
Two kinds of personal information pass through ReplyThemAll, and the difference decides who is responsible for what. Your own account details are ours to look after. The names, phone numbers, and messages of the people who contact you — through your website, Google Local Services or a marketplace — are yours — you decide why they are collected and what happens to them, and we handle them only to run the service for you. In data-protection language you are the controller and we are the processor.
This section is that arrangement. It applies for as long as your account is open.
- We process your customers’ information only to do what the service does: take in a lead, work out how urgent and relevant it is, write and send replies and follow-ups, notify you, and show you the conversation. We do not use it to train models of our own, we do not sell it, and we do not share it with other customers.
- Your settings are our instructions. Pausing a business, switching off auto-reply, or deleting a lead is an instruction, and the service follows it. If you ask us in writing to do something we believe breaks the law, we will tell you rather than do it quietly.
- The providers we rely on are named in the privacy policy, along with what each one handles. We keep that list current. Before adding a provider that will handle your customers’ information, we will update the list and email account holders, so you have the chance to object by closing your account before the change takes effect.
- Anyone at ReplyThemAll with access to your data is bound to keep it confidential, and that obligation outlasts their involvement.
- Each account’s data is separated from every other account’s, and marketplace access tokens are encrypted before they are stored. Access to production data is limited to the people who need it to keep the service running.
- If one of your customers asks you to show or delete what you hold about them, tell us and we will find it, export it, or delete it. There is no charge for this while your account is open.
- If we become aware that your customers’ information has been exposed, we will tell you without undue delay and share what we know: what happened, whose information was involved, and what we are doing about it. You decide whether and how to notify the people affected — they are your customers, not ours.
- When your account closes, your own details — email, name, phone, and the marketplace tokens — are erased immediately from the live service (the encrypted backups described in the Privacy Policy age out within 14 days), and closing cannot be undone. Conversations and call records follow 90 days later, because a billing question can still come up in that time. Opt-out records are the one exception and are kept indefinitely: deleting them would let messages resume to someone who asked us to stop.
- On request we will give you the information you reasonably need to satisfy yourself that we are doing the above.
Liability
The service is provided without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, that every reply will be suitable, or that a connection to a marketplace will keep working.
Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the three months before the claim arose. We are not liable for lost profits, lost business, or lost goodwill.
Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Changes to these terms
We may change these terms. If a change materially affects you, we will email account holders before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the change.
